The Center for Excellence in Elder Law at Stetson College of Law, was established in 1995 to meet the increasing need for legal education and research in the field of law and aging. The Center is dedicated to providing quality legal education to law students and attorneys in the field of elder law as well as producing scholarly research and writing on significant issues impacting people who are older.
