Area Agency on Aging (AAA)

The AAA is responsible for planning and administering services for seniors (60+) in the five counties of Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Plumas and Tehama. Some services, such as the Information and Assistance and the Long Term Care Ombudsman Program, are provided directly by the staff at PASSAGES Adult Resource Center; other services, including congregate meals, home-delivered meals, transportation, legal assistance and in-home services, are provided through contracts with community agencies.
