NorthWest Senior & Disability Services (NWSDS), formerly the Mid-Willamette Valley Senior Services Agency, is a local intergovernmental agency that was formed by Marion, Polk and Yamhill counties in 1982 and expanded in 2005 to include Clatsop and Tillamook counties.
As the designated Area Agency on Aging and Disability Services for Clatsop, Marion, Polk, Tillamook and Yamhill counties, NWSDS develops and maintains a comprehensive and coordinated service system to meet the needs of seniors and people with disabilities.
