The Navajo Nation Area Agency on Aging serves elders within the Navajo Nation including portions of New Mexico and Utah. Region 7 (see the Arizona Tribal Map) is divided into five agencies: Chinle, AZ; Fort Defiance, AZ; Tuba City, AZ; Crownpoint, NM; and Shiprock, NM. These agencies provide direct services to elders. The Central Administrative Office which oversees the five agencies is located in Window Rock, AZ.
