Regions:
Organization Type:

The National Association for the Support of Long Term Care (NASL), founded in the Fall of 1989 by advocates of professional medical services to the long-term and post-acute care industries, has the mission of providing a national communication forum, advocacy, as well as legislative and regulatory representation for executives and their associated businesses.

NASL provides a task-force-specific structure. The Association’s Legislative and Payment Reform Committee, Medical Services Committee, Medical Products Committee, Information Systems Committee, and Diagnostic Testing Committee are at the forefront of the issues affecting our members.

Guiding the legislative and regulatory efforts are the executive level representatives from NASL’s member corporations and the experience of NASL’s established Washington-based public affairs team. In addition to up-to-date information on legislative, regulatory, and administrative matters pertaining to the industry, NASL members are provided full-time Washington representation.
