Georgia Association of Community Care Providers

The Community Care Service Program (CCSP) program provides caring, comprehensive, supportive and preventative care to clients in a home based or community setting. We are a group of providers through out the State of Georgia that helps those persons who are elderly and or functionally impaired to continue to live in the community. The CCSP Program offers an alternative to nursing home placement and the client must qualify for Medicaid.
