Services Provided:

CSBPS works with individuals, families and communities to restore, maintain and enhance the independence and well being of people with impaired vision. Services provided to support our mission include independent living skills, mobility training, counseling, information and referral, support group listings, a low vision clinic, low vision rehabilitation, assistive technology training and demonstrations, educational workshops, volunteer matching and a retail, online and catalog-based adaptive aids store.

CSBPS Programs & Services are primarily funded through the collection and resale of used clothing and reusable household items and affiliation with United Ways of King and Snohomish counties. Additional funding comes from private donations, government contracts, and fees for service. At CSBPS, 81 percent of net revenues raised goes directly to programs and services for blind and partially sighted people in the community.

Service Area:
In home services provided in King, Snohomish and Skagit Counties. Adaptive aids available in retail walk-in, online, by mail or by phone. Clinic and on-location services open to everyone. Low Vision clinic services are fee-based and on-location services are provided free of charge.
