Boston ElderINFO is an information clearinghouse on elderly services. Any person seeking information about the elderly in Boston may call, free of charge, and speak with a Geriatric Information Specialist. We assess the situation, discuss various service options and provide referrals to service providers (we have a database of over 8000 resources). Our staff speaks English, Spanish, Chinese and Russian. We are funded by the 3 Aging Services Access Points in Boston and are the primary point of contact for families seeking information for long term care.
